The Dead Tree Story
At Dead Tree we cherish the simpler traditional times of America. We spend our days with family and friends, enjoying the land and waters of Dead Tree.
Nestled in the heart of America, Dead Tree is a peaceful body of water, about eleven acres, where our imaginations are free to wonder. Where the laughter of kids is warming, and the splashing of large mouth bass is quiet music to a traditional soul. We think we have created a small quiet paradise in a loud world, where we are free to push the limits of lure design.
Often referred to as “the lab,” Dead Tree is the perfect water environment to experiment with our lures, designs, and techniques. Each one of lures is 100% designed and hand painted by simple Midwest Americans on the banks of Dead Tree. Although some of the names of our designers and artist might be fictional, they represent the simpler times of America.
We use over fifteen layers of paint to create our designs, and our topcoat is rock solid. Lures are signed and dated by the artist, some are limited addition, and many are one-of-a-kind collectibles. Look at our website and enjoy.
